Who We Are

At Bevel we pursue our passion for high quality, intentionally-designed living spaces that create lasting impact.

Meet the Faces Behind the Spaces

  • Clayton Lainhart

    FOUNDER

A Nashville native, Clayton grew up in a house built by his father, a residential general contractor. From an early age, he was exposed to building and renovating homes, often spending Saturday mornings helping his dad complete projects for Habitat for Humanity, a cause still near and dear to the (Lain)hart.

Upon receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2011, Clayton spent the next 10 years gaining project management experience, the last five of those coming at Advent where he working on many projects including the Lasch Football Building renovations at Penn State, the Dallas Cowboys world headquarters at The Star in Frisco, Texas and renovations at the AT&T Executive Center in Dallas, Texas.

Clayton and his wife, Helen, live in Brentwood with their daughter, Charlotte, and 2 sons, Jack and Hank. When he’s not bringing your build vision to life, Clayton can be found tinkering with cars, working on a personal furniture project, or throwing catfish onto the ice at Preds games.

  • Annie Keegan

    PROJECT COORDINATOR

Hailing from Greenwich, CT, Annie Keegan is our Project Coordinator extraordinaire. Prior to Bevel, Annie navigated the fast-paced world of advertising in NYC before spending nine years in the classroom teaching elementary school, so it’s safe to say she knows a thing or two about bringing order to chaos.

Whether it’s behind-the-scenes organization, managing finances, or selecting finishes with clients, there’s no process Annie can’t streamline. With a love for architecture and home renovations, Annie always shows up excited about solving every new challenge that comes her way.

Annie resides in East Nashville with her husband Colin, their two daughters Cora and Rowan, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Fiona. If you’re lucky, you might find her serenading them with Disney hits on the saxophone.

  • Carlos Parisi

    JOB SITE COORDINATOR

A native of Santiago, Chile, Carlos brings a unique mix of skills to Bevel as our Job Site Coordinator. With 20 years of experience working across Europe in various roles, including set design and assembly (thanks to his background at Stockholm Film School), Carlos found his way to Bevel a year ago.

From coordinating delivery of materials to assisting with carpentry, Carlos’s knowledge of scenery assembly has made him a natural fit at making everything else fit, and his constant pursuit of a job well done translates to a client well served.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. And if you’re lucky enough to catch him on karaoke night, get ready for a powerful performance of "Vesti la Giubba" from Pagliacci.

  • Lucas Lamb

    Lucas Lamb

    JOB SITE COORDINATOR

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Lucas is Bevel’s Job Site Coordinator, handling everything from site prep in pre-construction to the final punch list once the dust settles. If it doesn’t need a subcontractor, chances are Lucas has it covered.

Before Bevel, Lucas spent years in nonprofit construction, managing volunteer crews for Appalachia Service Project and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville. He’s proud to have helped build a neighborhood of 58 affordable homes in North Nashville, an experience that shows just how much thoughtful, hands-on work can change lives.

For Lucas, the best part of the job is handing over a finished space and seeing a client love where they live. Off the clock, you might still catch him at the job site wielding a broom like a lightsaber as he channels his childhood dream of becoming Mace Windu.
